Meet our Team

Kiani is the Receptionist at Neubauer Chiropractic and will be greeting you when arriving at our clinic.  She will check you in and guide you to the treatment room.  Kiani joined the Neubauer team in May of 2025.

Kiani grew up and graduated high school in Shakopee. She is also a server at Pablo’s, in downtown Shakopee. Kiani graduated from the MedSpa Institute of America and achieved her Esthetician License in March of 2025.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog, Milo, hanging out with her big, loving family, and trying new restaurants. Kiani values connection, good conversation, and making the most of everyday moments. 

Ellen is the Office Manager at Neubauer Chiropractic and will be helping you with scheduling when checking out. If you have any questions about insurance coverage or billing, she's the one! Ellen joined our team in July of 2020.  

Ellen grew up and graduated high school in Watertown, Minnesota and continued schooling in Mankato, Minnesota. She enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and family in the summer time, and traveling to tropical destinations in the colder months! She spends her free time going for walks with her dog Tucker, cooking, and watching her favorite Netflix shows. 

Ellen loves to help people feel better and see the progress our patients make from their very first visit on!

Shelby is the Exercise Therapist at Neubauer Chiropractic.  She teaches, observes, and assists patients with our postural strengthening exercises and other therapeutic modalities to further assist injury recovery. Shelby loves to encourage our patients while making the exercise therapy a fun and educational experience!

Shelby grew up in New Germany and attended Mayer Lutheran High School. She went on to graduate from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and plans to further her education at St. Catherine University to become a Physical Therapy Assistant. 

Outside of work, she enjoys watching and attending Minnesota sports games with her boyfriend, spending time at her family's cabin up north, and staying active!
