Meet our Team

Ellen is the billing specialist at Neubauer Chiropractic and will be helping you with scheduling when checking out. If you have any questions about insurance coverage or billing, she's the one! Ellen joined our team in July of 2020.  

Ellen grew up and graduated high school in Watertown, Minnesota and continued schooling in Mankato, Minnesota. She enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and family in the summer time, and traveling to tropical destinations in the colder months! She spends her free time going for walks with her dog Tucker, cooking, and watching her favorite Netflix shows. 

Ellen loves to help people feel better and see the progress our patients make from their very first visit on!

Julia is the front desk receptionist at our clinic and will be greeting you when you arrive.  She enjoys meeting and creating a relationship with each of our amazing patients! Julia will also help you with scheduling and can answer any questions you may have.  

Julie enjoys staying active and experiencing new things.  State parks are her favorite travel destinations along with visiting art museums and ballet performances. Julia’s unique interests include herbalism, breathwork, and philosophy.  Above all, is her faith and time spent with family.

Katrina is the Exercise Therapist at Neubauer Chiropractic. She teaches, observes, and assists patients with our postural strengthening exercises and other therapeutic modalities to further assist injury recovery. Katrina is full of energy and loves to encourage our patients while making the exercise therapy a fun and educational experience!

Katrina grew up in Norwood Young America and currently lives in the countryside of Maple Plain with her fiancé and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and helping her family with wildlife rehab projects.

Becky has been the business manager since Neubauer Chiropractic opened on June 11, 1990. She works on accounts payable, HR and marketing. Becky says one of her favorite things about NCHC is 'seeing the names and faces of people who have been patients for over thirty years. They realize the life-long benefits of chiropractic care, and feel like part of the Neubauer family!'

When not working, Becky enjoys gardening, family get-togethers, Bible studies with friends, and travel. Becky grew up in Norwood Young America but has lived in Waconia with husband, Dr. Dan, since 1990. Together, they have three sons, three daughter-in-laws, and 7 grandchildren!
